THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF YOUR PET, FAMILY AND OUR EMPLOYEES REMAIN OUR TOP PRIORITY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC RECOMMENDATIONS TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING, KELLY’S ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS TAKING STEPS TO SLOW VIRUS SPREAD AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF OUR FAMILIES AND YOURS. THE FOLLOWING TEMPORARY CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AT OUR HOSPITAL:
For the health and safety of our clients, patients, and staff, clients are not permitted to enter the hospital at this time.
Instead, a Kelly’s Animal Hospital team member will meet you in the parking lot to provide direction and bring your pet inside, while you wait outside. We will Skype during the examination. Download the Skype app here: https://www.skype.com/en/get-skype/. Our Kelly’s Animal Hospital Skype account is [email protected]. For those who don’t want to Skype, we can communicate by phone.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before appointment time.
Please call the hospital upon arrival at (772) 336-8111.
If you have an emergency, please call the hospital when you arrive, and a staff member will meet you in the parking lot. Your pet will be taken into the hospital for assessment.
We are doing everything in our power to get back to normalcy, but it must be done safely. We still will not allow any pet owners to enter the building with their pets until it is safe for both clients and staff to do so. Please respect our desire to keep everyone safe!
Caring for our critically ill pets is an essential service and we have no plans to stop providing emergency care.
Please bear with us as some of the temporary changes made in response to COVID-19 may have impacts on efficiency and will be different from what you may be used to. We appreciate your patience!
